Fast growing agricultural and plantation Company in Tanzania

With around 150 usable Hectares, this is a Dutch driven agricultural and plantation organization in Tanzania. The Company is situated on a unique location with access to the best quality of clean water on the surface and by multiple bore holes. The farm is also surrounded by three rivers.

The Company has strong international clients all over the world of which several larger are based in the Netherlands for whom they produce succulents, flower cuttings and flower seeds. The combination of a perfect climate, access the top-quality water and a huge number of greenhouses is the basis for whatever you want to produce / use the land for. Any possibility for an expansion is there; either green houses, tunnels or open field crops.

With almost 1.000 people the Company has built a strong expertise over the last 20 years in the agricultural business and the lease is secured for at least another 36 years. The area, with perfect road connections has many possibilities for growth in both produce range and/or product capacity. Currently the revenue is roughly 4 Million Euro with net profit of roughly 250K Euro.
